FAQs
What types of projects do you work on?
We work on a wide range of video and audio projects including promotional videos, music videos, wedding films, real estate walkthroughs, live event coverage, podcast recording, and cinematic storytelling pieces. Whether you’re a business, artist, or couple, we tailor our services to suit your needs.
How much do your services cost?
Our standard day rate starts from £250 (up to 8 hours) and includes filming and editing with standard equipment. Some services, such as live streaming or podcast recording, may start at a different rate. We’ll provide a detailed quote based on your project’s scope, location, and any additional requirements.
Do you offer half-day or hourly rates?
We generally charge per full day (up to 8 hours), and hours cannot be split across multiple days. In some cases, half-day or bespoke pricing can be arranged—just let us know what you need.
What’s required to book a project?
To secure your booking, we require:
- A signed contract outlining the scope of work
- A 20% non-refundable deposit
- A detailed project brief (we can help you put this together)
Work will only commence once these items are in place.
Can I get the raw footage from my project?
Raw footage is not provided by default. It is only available if you’ve booked us specifically for filming services or if you’ve arranged for raw footage delivery at an additional cost.
What’s your turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on the complexity of your project. Standard edits are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks, though faster delivery can be arranged if needed. For live events or real estate, we can often turn projects around quicker.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes! We’re based in Brighton and regularly travel across the South East and beyond. Travel costs may apply depending on the location and distance from Brighton, which will be clearly outlined in your quote.
How do revisions work?
We include one round of minor revisions with most editing packages. Additional changes or re-edits outside of the agreed brief may be subject to extra charges. We’ll always be upfront about this.
When do I receive the final files?
Once you’ve approved the final version and the remaining balance is paid, you’ll receive a download link to the high-resolution final files. We deliver in formats suited to your intended platform (e.g. YouTube, social media, web).
How long do you store footage?
We store project files only for the duration of the project. Once the final deliverables have been signed off and sent, the files will be deleted unless extended storage has been arranged in advance (additional fees may apply).
